Can I make a return?

You have the right to cancel an order within a period not exceeding 30 days, without having to justify it, as long as they are not personalized items. The cancellation period starts the day you receive the last item (or items) of your order.

How do I have to make the return?

Can I take the items to a physical store?

Of course you can. You can make your return at the store of the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán Stadium. They will give you a return receipt. To do this you must present the items and a copy of your order. You can also present it on the mobile screen.

How long does it take to receive the refund amount?

Tanto si es enviado a nuestras instalaciones como sí se ha realizado la devolución en la tienda física, el reembolso se realizará mediante la misma forma de pago seleccionada en la tienda online (Paypal o Tarjeta de Crédito). En el plazo de hasta 30 días desde que recibimos los artículos.

Why did I I have received a refund of my order or part of it if it has not been shipped to me?

If you have received a return of all or part of your order, it will be due to one of the following reasons:

- Stock breakage.

- Defective product in our facilities.

- Failure of the inventory management system.

For any of these reasons your order may be automatically refunded, and you will receive an email with the refund.

In case the system marks a purchase as a possible high fraud risk, the purchase will be automatically refunded.

In what form of payment can I get a refund?

We will refund the amount in the same form of payment in which the purchase was made. In case of using a gift card, the amount will be credited to that gift card first. In the case of membership coupons will be treated the same as gift cards.

What items are non-returnable?
Discs, cd's, games, computer equipment and stationery will only be returned if they are judged to be defective. In the same way, personalized items (e.g. screen-printed or personalized T-shirts, either with personal or player's name), socks, as well as underwear, for hygiene reasons, will only be returned if they are judged to be defective.

In the 2x1 promotions only complete orders can be returned. In the case of personalization in one of them, neither of the two products will be refunded. 

Why don't you refund my return shipping costs?

The refund will only be made for the amount of the returned items of the purchase, since the shipping costs are considered a product already consumed by the customer.

We only allow exchanges of items in the physical store of the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán Stadium. If you can not go to the store you must contact us through the web chat where we will explain the steps to make your return. You can find it in the button located at the bottom right.
