Can I make a return?

You have the right to cancel an order within a period of no more than 30 days, without having to justify yourself for it, as long as they are not personalized items. The cancellation period starts on the day you receive the last item (or items) of your order.

How do I have to make the return?

Can I bring the items to a physical store?

If you have received a return of the entire order or a part it will be due to one of the following reasons:

In what form of payment do you make the refund?

We will refund the amount in the same form of payment in which you made the purchase. In case of using a gift card, the amount will be made first in that gift card. In the case of partner coupons, it will be treated the same as gift cards.

What items are not returnable?
Disks, CDs, games, computer equipment and stationery will only be returned if they are judged to be defective. In the same way, articles personalized to the buyer's taste (eg, silk-screened or personalized shirts, either with personal or player name), socks, as well as underwear, for hygiene reasons, will only be returned in the event that they are judged to be defective.

Why are the shipping costs not returned to me?

The refund will only be made for the amount of the items returned from the purchase, since shipping costs are considered a product already consumed by the customer.
